30 HOURS OF DRIVER EDUCATION ONLINE
IODE Online Classroom allows you to work at your own pace from any device! You MUST pass the online final exam prior to driving.
6 HOURS OF OUTSIDE OBSERVATION
Observe the driving habits of ALL drivers on the road, not just your parent/guardian. This is crucial for understanding road safety. Log your experiences on our OUTSIDE OBSERVATION LOG, which is due on the first day of driving.
6 HOURS OF IN-CAR INSTRUCTION
You will then receive an email with available driving slots to choose from. Enjoy personalized driving tips as you drive one-on-one with the same instructor for 2 hours each over 3 days!

1. Drive for six months under supervision, which can include parents or adult siblings, to enhance your driver education experience. Your supervisor must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid license, and hold liability insurance. During this period, ensure you accumulate 50 hours of driving time, including 10 hours dedicated to night-time driving, as part of your driving tips for safe road practices.
Note: Be aware that traffic violations may lead to your permit being revoked for periods of 30, 60, 90 days, or even up to a year. If this happens, you will need to purchase a new permit, pay any fines, and restart your six months of supervised driving.

Make an appointment for the driving skills test to enhance your driver education. Click Here. You should also make an appointment for the DMV written test. Once you pass both the driving skills test and the written test, you'll have the essential driving tips needed to ensure road safety, and you will receive your driving license.
